Our policy for cancellations, returns and refunds
Please read this policy before making a return
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.
This right applies to individual consumer purchases only. Business (B2B) orders are subject to separate terms — please see our Terms and Conditions for details.

If you have placed a pre-order, your 14-day cancellation window begins from the date you physically receive your goods, not from the date you placed the order.
If you wish to cancel a pre-order before your item has been dispatched, please contact us at info@thecleverchair.com and we will issue a full refund promptly.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. The time for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your bank or payment provider. Klarna refunds are handled directly through Klarna and may be subject to their own timelines.
